Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. And we have laid down some rules for your convenience, and we hope you will read them before sending a complaint/request.

2. Vanmay Sutras is not responsible for any damage caused after the products are delivered.

3. In case of any problem or quality issue or with the product or there’s a damaged product, you may contact us at vanmaysutrasoffice@gmail.com with the unboxing video attached to the email. We will always be happy to assist you.

4. If you have received the wrong product and you choose to open the plastic seal without our consent, we will consider as used. No refunds/replacements will be made.

5. Requests of exchange or Refund of products will not be accepted once an order is dispatched.

6. For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours of your order delivery.

All refunds will be made after deducting the cost of shipping or courier charges (back and forth).
