  • Our operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery of the goods. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, please provide the name of an alternative person, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour. However, the brand cannot be held responsible for any goods signed for by someone else.
  • Vanmay Sutras is not liable for any damage that occurs after the delivery of the goods.
  • Shipping and handling rates may differ depending on factors such as the product, packaging size, volume, type, and other considerations. These charges will be displayed at checkout, allowing consumers to be informed before completing their payment.
  • The brand is solely responsible for adhering to the export and customs laws of the country from which the products are shipped. It is the consignee’s responsibility to ensure compliance with the import and customs regulations of the destination country.
  • The quantity of products ordered by the customer may exceed the allowable limit for clearance upon arrival in their country. Therefore, customers should be aware of and consider these restrictions when placing orders with the brand.
